SBDC Dress Code

Movers & Shakers: Comfortable clothing, bare feet or ballet slippers

Song & Dance: Any colour bodysuit and tights, pink ballet slippers

Mini-Steps and Pre Primary: Any colour bodysuit and tights, pink ballet slippers and black tap shoes

Primary, Combo 1, Combo 2 and Combo 3: Black bodysuit, ballet pink tights, pink ballet slippers and black “beginner” tap shoes. Skirts are not permitted for ballet class. Dance shorts may be worn for tap, jazz and musical theatre, but are not required.

Standard 1 – Grade 3 Ballet: Black tank style bodysuit, ballet pink tights and pink split sole ballet slippers.

Grade 3-4 Ballet and up; Burgundy cap sleeved bodysuit, ballet pink tights and pink split sole ballet slippers.

Junior 1 Jazz and up: Bodysuit and tights. Dance shorts may be worn but are not required. Black jazz shoes.

Junior 1 Tap and up: Dress as for jazz classes. Black tap shoes required, good quality lace-ups are strongly recommended.
